from San Antonio.
There is a mess downstairs...
and the pictures are nowhere to be found... but I'll show you the pictures of my grandparents and Davidito as soon as the shoes and the clothes and the 10 tons of "stuff" that are currently covering the floor of half my house disappear...
Neither one of my grandparents had met the little guy... and he is growing so much so fast that had we not visited soon they would have never seen him as a baby :P ! Or at least it seems like it to me... he is already trying to walk and he acts like he can talk. Jeje... sometimes he gets angry that we don't talk back to him or seem to understand what he is "saying." They do grow so fast...
We had lots of fun... we didn't kill each other... We saw the Alamo and went to the museums (even to the wax museum and the Ripey's believe it or not :P!) and we went to Sea World :-D Fun times. I also hadn't seen my cousin Francisco in a good while, so it was great to bug the life out of him again. He has a [yes, ladies and gentlemen... just one, stable] girlfriend now and he is so happy with his job... he seems like such an adult... and he was so very helpful. He has turned into a very practical, get-it-done-and-don't-worry type of guy. Calm and effective. I loved it. He also has white hair... so strange...
And speaking of strange hair... my sister and my brother-in-law have dreadlocks. Deadlocks? What's the word? Maybe neither... lol... they both sound terrible... Well, I mean those strips of stranded hair Jamaicans get... and I've heard you can get them naturally if you just don't wash your hair :P ! Well, those.
aaaand... I did my sister's. I did! My aunt -a professional stylist- taught me how to. It is actually a very simple process... a little messy... but fairly easy... hehe... We'll see if they work out! I even attached "extra" hair to her head. Blond and red hair. I know it souns like a lot, but it doesnt show as much, given the fact that my sister's hair is dark enough to conceal most of it. But yeah... I can't believe Mom let her do it. And I don't know if my sister's worse (crazy worse) than me for letting ME do it... for ASKING me to do it. OoOoor if I'm the craziest one for actually doing it for her... at what? 2 o'clock in the morning? It was fun, though. You should have seen my Grandmother's face. Luckily Grandpa Joe is too old to see it. He still said they should just cut their hair if they didnt like it... they probably will... eventually... when they look at themselves in the mirror... muajajajja...
