XV Formal...

...soooo.... women have a thing about "seeing" guys... Such was the manly discussion between one of my good friend’s boyfriend and some other guy who shall remain unnamed… hehe.. it was great. “My girlfriend always wants to see me” the kid complained… didn’t like him too much. My girl friend wasn’t too happy most of the night… due to the guy’s unbelievable lack of interest… but…… **insert evil-looking face, right here** but you will miss her! I shall get my revenge **muahahahaha** or shall I say **muajajajaja*

Formal was GREAT!! We had so much fun!! We were worried about not having enough space, about the presentations (well.. our worries about that last one were confirmed by me..lol.. trying to go back to the previous PP slide …) but it all went just fine. The only thing that makes me sad is we were all going around like crazy, and forgot to take a chapter picture! Can you believe it?? But oh well, we took God only knows how many pictures of everyone and everyone’s Momma * giggle* -- like Big Vero used to say. And we had fun… we danced and talked and laughed and …ate! Twice! It was lots of fun.

…got surprised with the awards… I think this was Yuritza’s plan. She announced all the wrong people in chapter. Yuritza is so, so amazing. She’s gonna end up Chapter president next year, I tell ya. She’s like, the perfect girl.

I never did go out and find a dress. The pink dress was forbidden… no pink dress to the A-Psi formal. I would have been the center of some crazy mob attack. You either wear the frat’s colors or you wear neutral colors… lol… it’s like being in a gang! Lol. What an awful comparison. I take it back. It’s about respect… like wearing a mini skirt to church. It’s ok to wear it to the beach… just not to church. hehe…better metaphor, I say.

Paul (Omicron chapter): Arely! Hey, como estas? No saludas, niña!
Me: Hey, Paul! I’m doing great… sorry… when did ya get here?
Paul: Just got here. I was gonna say hi, but you were salsa dancing… looking so in love! Thought I’d wait … so is he your boyfriend?
Me: Yeah **big old smile**
Paul: You all look very cute together. Hacen bonita pareja.
Me: *balancing from side to side, my hands behind my back…* hehe… gracias…
Paul: De veras. Se ven muy bonitos.

I know. We’re cute. What can I say? :-P !! Of all the boys in Dallas (lol.. and Kansas and Oklahoma) I found the best one. Jiji… sorry for the rest of the girls :-P !!

Hmm… I should have taken pollito to the formal. You know, moral support. Lol.. he would have had a LOT of fun too… haha.. Janie would have gotten a trip out of it.. hehe… it’s all good… I’m having enough fun imagining it.

Well.. I think I will continue this one sometime later today… I’ve been up for a while, but I think I’m not completely sane yet. Fun times, though. Fun times.
